Eligible nominees include principals, school leaders, teachers, assistant teachers and support staff of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.

Eligible nominees include early childhood educators who work in preschool, Families as First Teachers (including Stay Play Learn), childcare and transition settings.

Eligible nominees include special education teachers, school leaders, teachers and support staff.

Eligible nominees include teaching principals, assistant principals, senior teachers, highly accomplished and lead teachers, and mentor teachers.

Eligible nominees include primary teachers (years 1 to 6).

Eligible nominees include executive contract principals.

Eligible nominees include middle years and senior secondary teachers (years 7 to 12), including vocational education trainers, specialist teachers (e.g. sport, drama, hospitality) teachers and coordinators who are Department of Education employees.

Eligible nominees include assistant teachers, relief teachers, contract teachers, part time teachers, support staff (e.g. front office administration staff) and paraprofessionals working in classroom contexts.
